How long will it take to receive my order?


PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY IN FINLAND AND UP TO 7-16 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES INSIDE EU. YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED BY YOUR LOCAL SHIPPING COMPANY OR POSTI.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEING PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT. THIS INCLUDES FORGETTING TO WRITE IN AN APARTMENT OR SUITE NUMBER. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER 30 DAYS BUSINESS DAYS SINCE YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED, PLEASE EMAIL US: CUSTOMERSERVICE.YAKMAN@GMAIL.COM OR BY INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGE. WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS REGARDING ORDERS PLACED LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO. DELIVERY IS DEPENDANT NOT ONLY ON POSTI BUT ON THE TIMELINESS OF YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE. IF YOUR ITEM IS DEEMED LOST IN TRANSIT, WE WILL RESEND A REPLACEMENT ORDER OR GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND.
